Marc
Lausberg
Marc
has worked and lived in The Netherlands, England, Russia,
Italy, and the United States.
He
has big 5, international, high tech, software and telecom
experience. He has an entrepreneurial mind set with a reputation
for results. He combines his mathematical analytical knowledge
in achieving effective business development. He understands
technology and translates it into business opportunities
and business success.
At Cap Gemini Ernst and Young he managed implementations, business
process optimization and corporate training for Fortune 500 companies.
Prior he was a consultant for a niche consulting firm specialized in
statistical consulting and forecasting.
In the US he co-founded the Gallium Group, became partner in Decision
Point Management and successfully introduced organizations in Mobile
telecom and Business Intelligence on the US market. He also developed
the marketing strategy and improved the marketing efficiency for clients
in the high tech and software industry.
Marc has an MS in chemistry from The University of Amsterdam and has
an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.

Arjen
Brinkman
Arjen
has over 10 years management experience; sales and marketing,
e-commerce, functional software development, audit and management
consultant engagements. From 1997 until 2003 he lived and
worked in the USA.
Arjen
has a very strong financial and entrepreneurial background
with proven commercial and business development expertise.
His track record includes experience in the phases of successful
business growth including: startup, funding and rapid growth,
International sales channel management in North America with
sourcing from Europe and South America and the establishment
of business development partnerships. Arjen co-founded and
helped grow companies from 0 people up to over 30 people.
During several years in the USA he was the CEO of EasyFlower.com, an
internet spin off of KLM, Royal Dutch Airlines.
He
has a Master degree in business economics from the University
of Amsterdam and is a certified accountant (Dutch register
accountant, RA).
